Ingredients:

Raw rice – ¼ kg
2.
Roasted gram – 2 tablespoon
3.
Urid dhal – 2 tablespoon
4.
Sesame (white) – 1 tablespoon
5.
Butter – 50 gram
6.
Salt – 2 tablespoon
7.
Oil – ½ liter
Procedure:
1.
Soak ¼ kg of raw rice for 3 to 4 hours and grind
it to a thick fine paste.

Slightly roast 2 tablespoons of urad dhal and
make a fine powder of it.

add 2 tablespoons of roasted gram powder.
4.
Add this grounded raw rice mixture with the
powdered urad dhal and roasted gram.
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 50 grams of butter to this mixture and knead well.
6.
Grease the murukku making mold with little
butter and put this kneaded mixture into it.
7.
Heat the pan and pour half a liter of oil and wait
until it gets well heated.
8.
Now you can make murukku with the help of murukku
maker.
9.
Fry until golden and crisp color.
10.
Drain off the excess oil and place it to serve.
Your homemade butter murukku is ready.
